PnJ Concert 31st Annual Concert 2012

A little late, but here are some of the photos from the Peter and Jane concert held last month as promised!

First, Miyako came out for an intro.

Why we love public holidays

It's Deepavali yesterday and Maal Hijrah tomorrow - translated: public holidays yeay!

Although I still wake up at 6am, holidays are great because I do not have to bathe early and I have plenty of time to amuse myself.

This was how I spent the breaks.

After 2000 times of listening to the song, I can actually sing it now.

And although I still cannot color within the lines, I tapped into my other creative-artistic side - headdressing.

Anyways, I would like to wish a very Happy Deepavali to all friends celebrating ...

Cousinly time

I have, so far, 4 first cousins from papa's side of the family: Izad, Aishah, Betty, and Is (not in picture).

 (1 more coming soon, yeay Pak Long and Mak Long!). 

No first cousins from mommy's side coz she's the only child, but I probably have 200 second cousins.

Just kidding hehee.

Last weekend we went to Auntie Leen's, one of mommy's 3 closest cousins apart from Mak Ngah and Mak Su .

Trick or treat!

Had my first proper halloween celebration this year, yeay! 

I decided to go as myself - er I mean a grouchy pouty witch.

I had been practising various expressions deemed appropriate for the part all week ...

And got right into the part on the morning itself ...

Hey look who hitched a ride with us to school ...

Now let's try it with full costume ...

Ugh this purple hair needs some serious conditioning ...

Ok the witch is all set to party!

Now bring on the candies!

It was so much fun I was genuinely grumpy when the party was over.

Note to mommy:

1. Please pack individual goodie bags for my mates;

2. You forgot my broom;

3. Get creative - I can actually come as something other than a witch/vampire/pumpkin for a halloween party; and

4. Please get your own hat and purple wig next time.
