A post dedicated to my teachers

Dear Miss Adrina, Miss Sity and Mrs Liza,

Thank you for making me what I am today.

After almost 1.5 years with Peter and Jane, I have so much to thank you for.

My mommy and papa sure are surprised and proud when I appropriately use words like otherwise, however and oopsie-daisy, and am able to differentiate between an ellipse and an oval, and draw a trapezium (eventhough it looks like a lopsided heart).

Not to mention when I am able to explain that my new toy lizard is sad because we left his mommy in the toy shop, and question whether the needle marks on Wan's hand are "serious". Or why the household, including the cat, has to wake up at 7.00 on a Sunday morning because it is alweady bwight.

While I may still incorrectly argue that twenty-ten comes after twenty-nine, "A.W.A.S - M.u.a.t.a.n. P.a.n.j.a.n.g" spells LORRY, and the digital clock is showing eight fifteen five, I hope I am on the right track of learning, and will continue to absorb all that you have to teach me.

Oh, mommy is also grateful that I eat my greens five days a week (she can't ever make me on weekends hee hee), and that I have become less OCD when it comes to making sure that the toes and heels of my socks are in place before I fold the socks and secure the velcro (I have also lowered my standards of perfection for matching the velcros, as requested).

Papa loves that I am very expressive in my speech, although I may come across as over-dramatic to some, and that eventhough I may not conclude my statements logically, I take time to think before I say something. He loves it that I can compare things, and am able to point out that mommy is shorter than papa.

While learning is a lifelong process, thank you dear teachers for this excellent start, and I hope I make you proud.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you to Zhi Yong's mommy for organizing a group project for all the mommies to get all the kids to make cards for Miss Adrina, Miss Sity and Mrs Liza.

Thank you to Charlotte's mommy for making this beautiful cake for the teachers.

We all love you to pieces!
